What this site is

Promotional and informational material about DietWars, a television entertainment concept in development. It is not a medical service, a diet programme or a health service. See our disclaimer.

Registering interest

Submitting the contestant form registers your interest only. It creates no contract, no offer and no guarantee of a place on the programme. There is no fee to register, and there will never be one - if anybody asks you to pay to appear on DietWars, it is not us. We contact shortlisted applicants only.

Partnerships

Nothing on the partners page is an offer capable of acceptance. Packages, camps, season structure and rates are indicative and are confirmed only in a signed agreement. Category exclusivity applies as defined in that agreement.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate, but the format is in development and details will change. We make no warranty that the content is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

Content and trade marks

The DietWars name, the format, the site design and its content are owned by us or used with permission. Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery and may not be extracted or reused. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site, republish its content or present the format as your own.

Third-party links

Where we link out - for example to Dietitians Australia or the Butterfly Foundation - we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
